About pinoyfreelance.ph
We built pinoyfreelance.ph for one reason — to give Filipino freelancers a real, honest, and practical resource they can actually use.
Our Story
The Philippines has one of the most talented pools of freelancers in the world. Filipino freelancers are hardworking, English-proficient, and highly skilled across dozens of digital disciplines — from web development and graphic design to virtual assistance and content writing.
But for years, finding reliable, Philippines-specific guidance on how to actually start, grow, and sustain a freelance career has been difficult. Most resources online are written for Western audiences, ignore the local context, and completely miss the realities of freelancing in the Philippines — the BIR requirements, the GCash and Wise payment landscape, the local rate benchmarks, and the platforms that actually work for Pinoy freelancers.
That's why pinoyfreelance.ph exists.
I built this site to be the resource I wish had existed when I started — honest, practical, written in Taglish, and built specifically for the Filipino freelance experience.

Our Commitment to You
I take the quality of the content on this site seriously. Every article, guide, and tool on pinoyfreelance.ph is written with one goal in mind — to genuinely help Filipino freelancers and the people who hire them.
- No fluff — I don't publish thin, generic content just to fill pages
- No misleading information — if I'm not sure, I say so and point you to the right source
- No hidden agenda — I'm transparent about commercial relationships, including the partnership with Zinn Hub
- Always improving — content is updated regularly to keep it accurate and relevant
If you ever find an error or outdated information on this site, please let me know — I genuinely appreciate it and will fix it promptly.
Our Connection to Zinn Hub
pinoyfreelance.ph is connected to Zinn Hub — a free international freelance marketplace that connects Filipino freelancers with local and international clients. Some pages on this site promote Zinn Hub as one of the platforms recommended for Filipino freelancers and buyers.
I want to be fully transparent about this relationship. While there is a commercial connection to Zinn Hub, the editorial content on this site remains independent and honest. I regularly link to and fairly review competing platforms — including Upwork, Fiverr, OnlineJobs.ph, and others — because readers deserve complete, unbiased information to make their own decisions.
My goal is to be a trusted resource first — not a marketing funnel. The content comes first, always.
